Not a single device in the entire device managing director has a yellow assertion marker on it. I've also already checked for Bluetooth drivers. And as for his questions:

The brand and model of your computer

The type of Bluetooth device, and it'southward driver, version, and date of the driver version

Any details y'all take regarding the symptoms, such as the error code or message you come across
1: There is no brand or model, I built information technology myself. I'm using an Insignia USB Bluetooth dongle. That'south not the problem though, as I've had this problem with another computer as well.
2: The device is my Skullcandy Uproar Wireless headphones. Driver date is 6/21/2006, version is 10.0.10586.494, and it'due south provided past Microsoft.
iii: No error codes or anything. Windows 10 refuses to connect to the headphones until I forget them, put them in pairing mode, then make them connect.

I dont know for sure if we can Post up links only hither it goes. Im having the aforementioned trouble with my Hype BLT headphones and I stumbled upon your mail service. I dont think Msoft has whatever good techheads anymore. Possibly their all in california at present with Goo & App?

Come on Microsoft, this is ridiculous. Your "customer back up" is a joke. I've had this issues for months, gotten no aid from here, and gotten rude and unhelpful customer service from the chat agent I got as well.
Get your act together.

I am attaching a picture of my Events for my headset. Different headsets may piece of work better with Win 10 than others. Merely after I paired mine, all I practise to connect is concord the ability button downwardly until I hear the ascending tones. To disconnect I hold the power button until I hear the descending tones.
You might also check the playback default device listing to make sure the device is selected and not set up every bit a Default communications device.
If I apply the headset with iTunes I have to connect information technology before I open iTunes or it won't selection information technology up equally playback device.
